Easy weight loss with hypnosis

Think it's hard to lose weight?  Sharon's lost over a stone in only six weeks with hypnotherapy.
HOW DID SHE DO THAT?

Well, she called Central Hypnotherapy, made an appointment, turned up on the day, sat in a comfy chair for a couple of hours listening to me waffling on, and some nice music, and lost a stone.  And her weight is still coming down: 
"Dear Chris
Just wanted to let you know that since I last saw you about 6/7 weeks ago I have lost 16lbs in weight. There has been no 'internal battle' going on in my head over food and this has been the biggest revelation for me. I am wearing jeans that I could not fit into 8 weeks ago and I feel physically better.
Thank you for your help. I will return if I need to do so but for now it's fab!

BUT HOW DOES WEIGHT LOSS WITH HYPNOSIS WORK?

It works by reducing appetite, shutting down irritating cravings for rubbish foods and increasing the desire to eat the right stuff.  So instead of trying to use willpower to battle the urge to drink Coke and eat pizza, we switch the urge to other things like fruit and natural foods.  (We can also expand restricted diets in people who can only eat a few items, like chips and chicken nuggets, which gets pretty boring by the time you're 31.)

Where appropriate, we can also increase motivation for exercise and get the reduction in weight happening even faster, improving fitness at the same time.  So instead of trying to drag yourself to the gym, you amaze everyone - including yourself - by really wanting to do it!
