Sometimes when I present a case for change to the Subconscious mind of the client, not only does it fix the problem but it starts a chain of beneficial responses that changes the person's life. Over to Paul:
"I saw you in April and had a hypnotherapy session for chronic nail biting. You asked me to give you some feedback as to how successful the hypnosis had been. Well, I now have a full set of finger nails - they took until now to grow as two of them were down to the knuckles. I am so pleased! I can now accept a coffee from the girl serving at McDonalds without being totally embarrassed - wonderful! I have had no fall backs into my old ways.
"The session at your office had a rather nice and totally unexpected side effect: the quality and depth of my sleep the night after the session was unbelievably profound. I reasoned that it was because of the hypnotherapy session and expected it to be temporary. However, the quality of my sleep continued to be excellent for weeks afterwards. Instead of taking ages to nod off at night I was flat out and in deep sleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
"I was so impressed by this that I got hold of a book called Understanding Hypnosis by a Dr Brian Roet. I have taken his advice and started to practice self-hypnosis for 20-30 minutes every day. I go off really quickly now and the relaxation is amazing. I'm also maintaining really good quality sleep as well. I can't thank you enough for your help and the enexpected path of self-hypnosis that it set me off on.
Paul (and his subconscious mind;))"
