36 lbs lost and blood pressure normal again

The most common question weight loss clients ask a hypnotherapist is: "How many sessions will I need to achieve my goal?"

I always say: "Have ONE."  Responses vary, but it is surprising how far a single session here at Central Hypnotherapy can take you, as these three pieces of feedback from Andrew clearly show.  Notice the change in his tone from the first message after a few days, to the six week mark, and the the feedback from twelve weeks - remember this is all from just one session!

"Hi Chris. Thanks for the hypnosis the other day, I've not had anything sweet or fatty since I saw you."

"Hi Chris.  I think it is six weeks since my hypnotherapy session... I've stuck to a healthier eating regime and thrown a lot of walking in for good measure... today is the first time I've weighed myself - I've lost 16 lbs so far!  So thanks very much - if I have a slip up, I'll be back!  Also, my blood pressure at my check up last week was normal."

So far so good.  Then yesterday, I got this text:

"Hi Chris.  It is week twelve since you saw me for weight loss.  I can't believe the results!  I've lost 36 lbs and it seems easy!  What did you do?! I thought I only needed to lose two stone but obviously I was kidding myself... I'm aiming now for another stone and a half.  Thanks very much!  Andrew. Oh, I keep singing your praises and recommending you!  Thanks again."
