Hypnosis: Different from Dieting

When you go on a diet, you are using conscious efforts (willpower) to resist the urge to eat the wrong things or eat too much, and to force yourself to eat healthy things which you may feel little impulse to eat usually.

But where do such impulses and urges come from?  The Subconscious mind - which currently has no idea you made a conscious decision to change that, or why.  All I do during the hypnotherapy session is explain it all to your Subconscious mind - because there is no way you can do that for yourself, no-one can - and from then on, all the impulses and urges transfer to the healthy stuff and you feel unmoved by all the fattening things.  Easy!
