Yet another success with alcohol!

"Hi Chris,

Just thought i would leave some feedback for you with regards to the hypnotherapy session we had on Thursday to stop drinking alcohol.

I haven’t touched a drop all bank holiday! I went out to the Warehouse Project which as you may or may not know is basically an underground rave... not the best place to go usually if you aren’t drinking! But it was absolutely fine! I was on redbull and coke all night.. as you said, there were people who were pressuring me to drink, but after a while it subsided, and they left me alone as soon as they realised they were not going to force me to drink. So - very successful!

I am not saying I will never drink again... however, the way I'm feeling at the moment, it won't be any time in the near future! I have been attending the gym every morning and feel amazing. Again, thank you for everything, and I will update you again in a few weeks.



Not everyone wants to stop drinking altogether, and indeed this client has chosen to take a complete break from drinking, then later re-introduce it in a reduced form, in other words to just drink less. With hypnotherapy, you can do this. Without it, you would probably find that very difficult to do. Using the hypnotherapy approach, you have choices: you can stop altogether, you can stop for a while then just cut out the excess, or you can just cut out the excess. You decide!
