Water Phobia Cured

Tony sent this email in yesterday:

"Hello Chris,

I came to see you 3 or 4 weeks ago with a problem concerning a fear of water and swimming in general. Up to now I've had 9 half-hour swimming lessons, and I must say I am doing things in the water I could not do before I came to see you! Hopefully if I have the same amount of lessons again I will be able to swim! If that's the case I owe you a very big thank you."

This reminds me of the very first phobia case I did eleven years ago, also a fear of water, which I got rid of in three sessions - not bad for a beginner! Nowadays I can shift just about any phobia in just one session.  Takes about two hours altogether.  more about this
