If you ask anyone: "How do you go to sleep?" they will probably tell you the things they do before they go to sleep.
"Oh, I switch everything off, check the doors are locked, get ready for bed, clean my teeth, climb into bed and read for a bit... then I go to sleep."
Yes, but HOW? How do you actually do that?
"I, er... I don't know. I just lie there for a bit, until I drift off."
Or as one client put it: "I sort of pretend to be asleep until I am"!
All well and good, so long as that happens. But what do you do if it doesn't? If you go to your doctor with sleep problems, they'll give you pills. But the problem with that is, either they don't work, in which case they're useless, or they do work, in which case how do you ever get off them? Most people don't want to take pills for insomnia the rest of their lives, they want to be normal.
Hypnotherapy is the natural solution because there is a link between the sleep cycle and the Subconscious mind. Over the last decade I have helped many people to get back to a regular sleep cycle with the help of hypnosis and it usually only takes one session.
