"What do you do to relax?"
I've asked thousands of individual clients this question, over the years, and the answer is hardly ever any true form of relaxation, but another activity:
I take the dog for a walk...
I go to the gym...
I get out my mountain bike...
Now I know what they mean: a change is as good as a rest. But when it comes to the gradual build-up of residual work stress - no it isn't!

In some parts of the world, people practise yoga or tai chi to manage stress - a few people do that here, too. But let's face it: most of us can't be bothered! It takes years to get really good at that stuff, whereas hypnosis takes no time at all. A couple of hours - and all you have to do is show up, you can leave the rest to me.
