Your "drinking habit" is just what you usually do when you are drinking alcohol. Notice how this doesn't often match your conscious intentions? Everyone assumes that this is down to the effects of alcohol influencing your behaviour, but the truth is that your routine behaviour is directed by your Subconscious mind, not the conscious mind. And the Subconscious has no idea what your conscious mind intends, or what it promised your partner about tonight!
Now listen to Wendy's description of what happens after just one hypnosis session to adjust this:
"Good afternoon Chris,
I had to email you to let you know what a wonderful night out I had last night! I arrived at 8pm, left at 2am, wore my best dress, drank a glass of Prosecco and half a light beer, danced for over an hour, chatted to my friends and met new ones... I had a wonderful evening and all thanks to you! I can't thank you enough, you have changed my life.
I have to admit I was a little dubious, because I didn't feel any different when I arrived at the pub but I didn't even think about the alcohol, I sipped it slowly. People around me were having two, three, even four drinks while I was still on my first.
When my husband came to collect me at midnight I was just finishing the drink he bought me at 8pm. I never felt like I was missing out because I wasn't drinking - because I WAS drinking! I didn't feel the need to have soft drinks in between, I was just being myself.
I am eternally grateful to you for having made me feel in control of my drinking and my life. You have changed the habit of over thirty years in an hour. I am a very happy party-goer now and will recommend your hypnotherapy service to everybody. It is the best investment in myself that I have ever made.
Thank you again Chris!
Isn't that cool? One hypnotherapy session changes the habit of thirty years! And that's not unusual, or out of the ordinary in hypnosis, this is just the first time anyone had ever spoken to her Subconscious mind about it.
