How can hypnotherapy help you to get over the pain and heartbreak of a split with your partner?
Dominic came to me after more than three years of trying to recover all by himself following the break-up of his relationship, and this is because the emotional part of the mind (the Subconscious) can get stuck or bogged down in negativity, and sometimes needs a little help!
That’s where I come in. Now, if this distress has been going on for more than three years, how many sessions do you think it would take to resolve it? Quite a few, right?
Wrong! This was Dominic’s feedback after session one, and he has not needed any further help on this since that session in December:
Just thought I would drop you a line to simply say thanks, my one session with you was a great success. Until a few weeks later I wasn't able to really test it - then came the contact from him (through Facebook of course) and with it came the boasting of how great his life was going, posts of him and his boyfriend and their new car (which, incidentally, was exactly the same type as we'd always had) and then came the realisation of: you know what, I don't give a monkeys!
It was a great feeling. I also felt that truly he is going over old ground, the car being an excellent example and the apparent training of this fella to be what he feels is boyfriend material, molding and manipulating to get what he wants. You have made me realise that, so thank you.
Time may be a great healer but it took more than just that to get me over his rubbish, as you were aware - more than three years after we split. I really don't think I would have been able to finally see him for what he is without your help and I'm very grateful. I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone that I think might benefit from your services. Thank you again and Merry Christmas!
You may be wondering why the advice and support we get from friends and family after a break-up - "He's not worth it!" "He's a selfish bastard!" - never has the magical effect that the two-hour hypnosis session with me had. It's simple: the Subconscious mind never listens to ordinary conversations. They are talking to the wrong part of the mind!
It takes an expert, not only in hypnotherapy but also an expert in handling sensitive emotional matters where our deepest feelings are involved, to help the Subconscious mind to get out of the emotional rut.
I'm pretty good at that. So I asked Dominic if I could reproduce his feedback here as an endorsement, and this is what he said:
"By all means, you can use my name and feedback however you wish, I'm a very happy customer.
Thanks again. Dominic 20.12.2013"
