Sometimes people want to change – genuinely – but they doubt themselves. Judging mainly by previous failed attempts to solve the problem the hard way (willpower), their expectations are low and they don't expect miracles from hypnosis either:
"Hello Chris
Just a brief update from last Thursday: Today is day five without Alcohol (yes I am counting) and although the demons are still there in the background it seems to be working.
Already I am feeling better in myself and have more sober time on my hands. I still wake up in the morning thinking will it continue, lets hope so. I will keep in touch and let you know how it goes over the Christmas period.
Many Thanks for your help and if all OK maybe a fuller feedback.
Best Regards.
Chris." [Dec 1st 2014]
So I sent back this reply to the client, who is also called Chris, rather confusingly but we’ll manage:
Hi Chris, thanks for the feedback!
All good so far, but probably best not to keep questioning your success! That introduces a negative note you can do without. Hypnotherapy is all about positive change and a freedom from negativity and this represents quite a significant shift in thinking for a lot of people.
We don’t need to HOPE for success – we create it, and through the power of hypnotherapy we can maintain it indefinitely. Hypnotherapy IS the solution to compulsive habits like drinking – and of course it more than pays for itself.
Sometimes alcohol IS the “demon”. Sometimes the “demon” is something else. If so, that might need dealing with too, but that would be for you to judge, I never tell anyone what they need – you are in a better position to know that than I.
So well done, and keep me posted!
Best regards, Chris
Then I heard nothing more until the 5th Feb 2015, when this email arrived:
"Hello Chris
New Year, New Me! All still going well after three months and no alcohol. It got a bit tricky over the festive period but the best thing is I can remember it all. Looking forward to the rest of the year. Once again, many thanks.
Best regards,
Chris"
So: just one session, three months clean and counting. Small investment, big reward. So if you want to quit the booze - or just cut down - this is by far the easiest way to do it and it is perfectly safe, no risks of any kind involved. Call now on 0161 474 8120 (Office hours), or call/text 07748 838 644 any time, any day. It really is a lot easier than you think it's going to be!
