Just a quick note, as requested, to let you know that the 'reset button' appears to have worked. I have stopped drinking completely during the day and now only have a few drinks at night - and that's if I feel like it, because some nights I can't be bothered at all, which considering where I was is amazing.
What also amazed me was, having arrived home from your consulting rooms I walked into my kitchen and straight past a half-full bottle of wine without the slightest compulsion to down it!
It wasn't the easiest thing to "wash my dirty laundry" in front of a complete stranger and admit just how far I had fallen, but you immediately put me at my ease. Thanks Chris for giving me my life back. Best regards, Tim.
What this proves is that you don't have to quit completely even if everyone is telling you that you do. Sure we can completely shut down binge drinking or indeed any drinking habits, if that's what you want - and it is an increasingly popular choice these days! - but with hypnotherapy we can also CHANGE drinking habits to cut out the excess and the compulsive habitual drinking, so it's no longer a problem. Your choice! And it's not a definite choice you need to make before you call because we can talk through the various options during the session.
