"Hiya mate, can't thank you enough after Thursday's session, been for a beer with friends twice since and not touched anything else. Not had the urge to. Really appreciate it! K. 19.05.19
You might assume that if you quit cocaine, you'll have to avoid alcohol because if you don't stop drinking as well, the temptation will be to get back on the coke and your willpower won't be enough to save you, so... no more beers with your mates, or it'll just turn into another mad binge.
Without hypnotherapy, that would be true enough. But what do we mean by "temptation"? It's a feeling, and it kicks in a certain times and in certain situations but not all the time. Now, here the important bit: all feelings are created by the Subconscious mind, and the craving or desire to repeat the cocaine experience is just part of the habit pattern. Hypnotherapy is the only way to get information to the Subconscious. After the session, the habit and the cravings are shut down, so you can go out and have a few beers - even if your mates are doing coke - and you just don't want any!
Now, this works best with people who are getting pretty fed up with the effect cocaine and booze/coke binges are having on their life. If you've only just discovered cocaine and you're all for it, well... you probably wouldn't call me anyway but just keep hypnotherapy in mind for later, just in case things start to get grim and you need a quick and easy way out.
If you're not sure if you're ready - if you feel in two minds about it, call me. Having mixed feelings is quite normal as you get towards the end of a drug habit, I know it's confusing but I can work around that. It's just how you feel when denial starts breaking down. Some days you feel like stopping, some days you don't but most of the smokers and the gamblers I work with feel the same. It doesn't stop us from being successful! more about this
