Bad eating habits and hypnotherapy

Posted: Monday, September 23, 2019

"Morning Chris!  Fantastic news!  I've not eaten any sugary things or had any cravings at all, can't quite believe it, also enjoying fruit again, thank you so much, just been telling my friend all about you, I think she's going to get in touch too!  - Jo"

The more the merrier - let's fix everyone's eating issues!  Jo just had one hypnotherapy session here at Central Hypnotherapy, and we not only stopped the bad habits but got her "enjoying fruit again".  You see, what you want and what you don't want - what you 'like' and what you 'don't like' - are all decided by the Subconscious mind and it can change them on request!  Isn't that MUCH better than trying to do it all with willpower?

Both habits and cravings are controlled by the Subconscious mind.  Whenever you make a conscious decision to stop eating unhealthy foods that make you fat, your Subconscious doesn't know, so you still get cravings for the sugar and the snacks.  Then "weight loss" becomes a battle between the conscious mind which wants to lose weight and get fit, and the Subconscious which has no idea you're supposed to be slimming and has you reaching for the ice cream again!   more about this

There's no way you can talk to your own Subconscious mind in any detail, and there is a lot of detail when it comes to food health.  So all you need to do, if you want all your bad cravings to disappear - and finding yourself actually liking the good stuff! - is call me, book a session and turn up for it.  You can leave the rest to me!
