SELF IMPROVEMENT THE EASY WAY!
If you think about it, many millions of people around the world are trying to develop, change or train their body in some way. Maybe they want to lose weight, get fit, improve their golf swing, build muscle, adjust their shape or implement any number of great or small adjustments that (they are convinced) will then please them and make them happier with themselves.
Now the main point of this post is to explain that the Subconscious mind controls absolutely everything that happens in the body directly, so if you want to change anything about the body, and the Subconscious doesn't know, you've got a battle on your hands my friend! That is because the main aim of the Subconscious mind, day to day, is to maintain the status quo, whatever the status quo happens to be.
So if a person wants to lose a couple of stones in weight... or work on their golf swing... or even learn to stop crossing their hands on the steering wheel whilst driving around a corner... those would be new conscious decisions that the Subconscious knows nothing about (just like New Year's resolutions). So it annoyingly keeps things as they are, and progress - if there is any progress - seems frustratingly slow!
So this is the self-improvement norm that everyone expects: a battle, tough going, a mountain to climb; a daily struggle, with a fair dollop of 'failure' because:
The conscious mind is weaker than the ALMIGHTY SUBCONSCIOUS MIND!
BUT! There is no need for this battle at all, because the irony is that if we ask nicely, and explain clearly what the advantages of such an adjustment or changes would be... the Subconscious will DO IT FOR YOU! No willpower needed, no battle to fight! more about this
It's called 'hypnotherapy'.
Now sometimes, this change is all that's needed to make the person happy. But 'happiness' is not the same as 'change'. Michael Jackson really did believe that if he changed his facial features, he would then be happy... but in truth, he needed hypnotherapy to address his emotional issues from childhood. He actually had a naturally beautiful face - to start with.
Fortunately, hypnotherapy can address both physical changes in the body, like weight loss, or more effective body-building; AND emotional issues like bullying or neglect, that can profoundly affect self-esteem and confidence. So we can truly achieve lasting happiness through hypnosis, whatever actually needs to change. The Subconscious controls your feelings too! And it can change them!
